You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from our original content without our prior written permission.

Our designs. Our products feature original and personalized designs — names, dates, messages, and general patriotic and military-family themes chosen by our customers. We do not reproduce, sell, or claim any rights in the official seals, emblems, crests, logos, rank insignia, or unit insignia of any branch of the U.S. armed forces or the U.S. Department of Defense / Department of War.

Third-party names. Any references to the United States Army, Navy, Air Force, Marine Corps, Space Force, or Coast Guard are used in a descriptive sense only, to indicate the branch a gift is intended to honor. These names are the property of their respective owners. Their use does not imply, and should not be interpreted as, any endorsement of, sponsorship by, or affiliation with The Military Gift by any branch of the armed forces or the Department of Defense / Department of War.

Customer-submitted content. When you submit names, dates, text, or images for personalization, you represent that you have the right to use them and that they do not infringe anyone's intellectual-property or other rights. We reserve the right to decline any personalization request that we believe may be unlawful or infringing.
