Shipping Policy

At The Military Gift (themilitarygift.com), every piece is made to order. Here's what to expect after you place an order.

Processing time. Because each item is personalized and crafted to order, most orders are produced and ready to ship within 3–5 business days. Personalized and engraved items are not pre-made.

Shipping & transit. Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with tracking. Estimated transit time is 3–7 business days within the United States via USPS. Total delivery time = processing time + transit time.

Shipping rates. Shipping is calculated at checkout based on destination. Free U.S. shipping on orders over $50.

Military / APO/FPO/DPO addresses. We're proud to ship to service members. We deliver to APO/FPO/DPO addresses via USPS. Please enter the address exactly as formatted by the USPS; transit times to overseas military addresses may be longer than domestic estimates.

Where we ship. We currently ship to the United States and its territories, including APO/FPO/DPO military addresses.

Tracking, delays & lost packages. Tracking is emailed when your order ships. We're not responsible for carrier delays once a package leaves our facility, but if a package is lost or significantly delayed, contact us at support@themilitarygift.com and we'll help resolve it.

Address accuracy. Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We can update an address only before an order ships.
